ScaleIntelligence is a lead generation service operated by Marcel Wojtysiak. We connect UK residents with regulated financial advisers who can help with life insurance, mortgage protection, income protection and mortgage advice.

2. What Data We Collect

When you submit an enquiry through one of our forms we collect the following information:

• Full name
• Email address
• Mobile phone number
• Information about what you are looking for — for example the type of mortgage or insurance cover you are interested in
• Your approximate annual income range
• Your preferred time to be contacted
• The date and time you submitted your enquiry

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as health information, financial account details or government identification numbers.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the information you provide for the following purposes:

• To connect you with a single regulated UK financial adviser who can help with your enquiry
• To qualify your enquiry and ensure you are matched with the right adviser for your situation
• To maintain records of enquiries for our internal administration

Your details are passed to one regulated UK adviser only. We never sell your information or share it with multiple companies. You will not receive calls from multiple advisers as a result of submitting one form.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the basis of your explicit consent. When you submit our enquiry form you tick a consent checkbox confirming that you agree to be contacted by a regulated UK adviser about your enquiry. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at marcel@scaleintelligence.io.

5. Who We Share Your Data With

We share your enquiry details with one regulated UK financial adviser for the sole purpose of responding to your enquiry. That adviser is bound by their own regulatory obligations under the Financial Conduct Authority to handle your data responsibly.

We do not share your data with:

• Multiple lead buyers or lead aggregators
• Marketing companies or data brokers
• Any third party not directly involved in responding to your enquiry

We may use third party services to operate our systems including Zapier for automation and Google for data storage. These providers process data on our behalf and are subject to appropriate data protection agreements.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your personal data for a maximum of 12 months from the date you submitted your enquiry. After this period your data is deleted from our systems. If you would like your data deleted sooner please contact us at marcel@scaleintelligence.io and we will action your request within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to access — you can request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Right to rectification — you can ask us to correct any inaccurate data
• Right to erasure — you can ask us to delete your data at any time
• Right to restrict processing — you can ask us to limit how we use your data
• Right to withdraw consent — you can withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time
• Right to complain — you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk

Our website may use basic cookies to ensure it functions correctly. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies on our website. If you submit an enquiry through a Meta platform such as Facebook or Instagram, Meta's own cookie and data policies also apply.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Your data is transmitted securely and stored in password protected systems. However no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
